As part of your GCQS plan we will provide answers to your legal questions, contract review, IP concerns, and business matters.*
What is included as a GCQS Client?
The GCQS payment cycle is every 90 days. If you pay in FULL you will be billed every 90 days until cancellation. For our payment plan you will have automatic payment withdraws every 45 days until cancelled. We will never surprise bill you. Filing fees for application and government fees are not included.
How does GCQS billing work?
Select a plan above that will best fit your business and brand needs, and schedule your Power Strategy session. If you need help selecting a plan schedule a power strategy session to ensure our services are the right fit for your business needs and to learn next steps.
I am ready to become a member, what are next steps?
Each month we will charge you for your monthly subscription fee using the account on record. All subscriptions are month-to-month.
How does the legal subscription service billing work?
GCQS are limited to the Services offered by the firm and does not include litigation and large dispute matters. All additional services needed and not included in your GCQS package will be provided at a discount rate for all GCQS clients.
Does GCQS cover all my legal issues?
GCQS is for a period of one quarter (90) days with an automatic renewal. The 90 days period begins upon receipt of your first required deposit.
How long is the commitment?
You can schedule a call to speak to your attorney at any time, with at least 48 hours notice. Calls are scheduled according to availability.
